Sales Tax

Non-refundable sales tax will be charged on all invoices to Nevada purchasers unless a resale card is on file with Baker Cylinder Heads at time of invoice.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped by the fastest and/or the most economical carrier.  We ship UPS and Fedex.  Any damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier service.  Baker Cylinder Heads will not be responsible for damages due to carriers negligence.

Warranty Disclaimer

It is understood that racing modifications to any engine and associated components use will void the vehicle warranty and render the use of the vehicle as illegal in other than sanctioned racing events under federal, provincial and state regulations.

Baker Cylinder Heads reserves the right to make changes in design, specifications, materials and pricing of its services or products without incurring liability or obligations.
